Find your flying club in Arizona
Clubs are a great way to gain access to quality airplanes without the money and effort that goes into individual ownership. Arizona has the best club options anywhere in the world, with a club for almost any need: learning to fly, building time, fast cross-country trips, gliding, or just getting together with other pilots.
Traditional (Equity) Flying Clubs
100% non-profit, shared ownership: a shared airplane, shared insurance, and members vote on club and maintenance decisions. No non-owned insurance needed.
9 clubs listed →Non-Traditional Flying Clubs
The airplanes are not jointly or evenly owned by the members. Owners make the maintenance decisions and usually make a profit; non-owned insurance is almost always required (assume $500-1000 annually).
7 clubs listed →Social Flying Clubs
Clubs built around pilots, not airplanes: hangar BBQs, fly-outs, breakfasts and learning. They don't own airplanes or hangars.

- We've seen price increases at many clubs, which is not surprising. Check current rates with the club before you decide.
- Some of the clubs are a bit secretive (not sure why!). Where rates could not be confirmed, the listing says so.
Please send updates on ANY of the information here. I count on all of you to get me the latest information. Send an update or add a club.
